We thought of making this series considering yoga is not just a workout, it’s a lifestyle. For example, do we not brush our teeth, take a shower, drink water, and eat food when we’re traveling? No, right? Then why should we forget to take care of our body, mind, and soul when we’re away from home?
Then I thought it couldn't just be about doing asanas, meditation, breathing exercises, or relaxation. We would begin from the core. I get anxious before every trip I take, even if it’s just 2 hours for me, and I know so many people who experience the same, so I was determined that that’s how I was going to start this series. So there’s a whole flow to that which will definitely help you calm your nerves.
