Whether it was brought to you by your mind, body, habits, injuries, or atmospheric changes, we would cover every cause with a solution. Basically, we will leave no stone unturned.
Personally, I have trained myself and many of my patients/students over the years, and we were tired of trying everything. Only yoga came to our rescue, so you should 1000% give it a go. Don’t be hesitant, even if you’re a beginner. In fact, it would actually be even better if you were because I have gradually taken the bar higher and nothing comes out of the blue.
