Okay, let me elaborate it for you.
Maitri is a Sanskrit word which means unconditional acceptance of ourself with kindness and love. We need to keep ourselves nourished with positivity, respect, non-judgmental love, pure intentions, and understanding which we think, should only be provided to others by us, but it is also necessary that it is delivered to us by us as well. And there are particular yoga asanas, types of meditation, breathing exercises, and relaxation which can help you achieve just that, and more.
This series has been designed in a way that it will help you heal/ build/ renew - physically, mentally, and emotionally because this is the need of the time we exist in- a world full of comparisons, judgments, materialism, and harshness.
Different sessions of this series will work on various things. From opening, or balancing different chakras of our body, to knowing more about our inner/ deeper self and finding a new perspective by bringing you a little closer to yourself.
