Slow Flow Yoga
A slow paced practice with breathwork where postures are held slightly longer in order to develop a connection between the body and breath, causing the mind to relax. The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. Poses are held longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving to each breath.
Vinyasa Yoga
Traditional, highly active & dynamic form. Generates an internal heat that cleanses, purifies, creates a strong supple body, and brings clarity to the mind.
Hatha Yoga
Fast-paced & intense form. Builds strength, endurance, & burns calories. Emphasis on flow from one pose to the next rather than performing poses separately.
Power Yoga
Works deeply into body with passive longer held poses, targets deepest connective tissues inducing calmness and reducing stress and anxiety.
