There are asanas we can not do easily during pregnancy so we use different props to make them easier and absorb the positive impact of the asana on the body and ‘Garbha’ (Womb). In these sessions, we use yoga props like a yoga belt, chair, brick, etc. Mothers with high BP during pregnancy will also benefit from these sessions.
