I began practicing yoga 4 years ago in 2019 when the pandemic started. I tried so many new hobbies but yoga seemed to daw me in the most. It was the only thing keeping me sane through the mental labour and loneliness of the lockdown.
Although I loved my corporate job, I realised yoga was the practice that I wanted to spread to help others heal and connect with themselves.
I completed my 200hr yoga teacher training here at Utsav yoga and started taking classes soon after completing the course.
I have personally benefited greatly from yoga and sharing this practice with others is how I want to honour this ancient practice. I always believe that when you give your mind, body and soul, the love they deserve, you will be surprised to see how they love you back. See you on the mat soon!
